Keep the production line running: preventive and corrective maintenance on reactors, fluidized drying chambers, pumps, mixers, and material handling. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults; own the maintenance log and spare-parts inventory; support equipment changes as production scales. Looking for 3+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance with hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Chemical-process equipment experience is a plus.

Run formulation and testing work across concrete, coatings, and plastics. Batch and break cylinders to ASTM C39, run slump and air tests, and keep records to a standard that holds up in third-party lab review and DOT submissions. Support customer plant trials and dosage guidance, and contribute to technical documentation and patent filings. Looking for a BS in chemistry, chemical, materials, or biochemical engineering, strong hands-on lab habits, and genuine discipline about data. Cementitious materials experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Own relationships with ready-mix and precast producers and run plant trials end to end — mix review, dosage, cylinder breaks, and the cost and carbon case that follows. Support owners, GCs, and engineers writing Trident into specifications, and help move DOT and QPL approvals forward. Looking for experience in concrete, construction materials, or admixtures, comfort reading mix designs and strength data, and willingness to travel to plants. ACI certification is a plus.
