Trident goes in at the end of the batch cycle through the existing admixture line.
Trident provides additional nucleation sites for C-S-H crystal formation. The result is more strength from less cement, without changing how the plant batches or how the crew places concrete.
Trident goes in at the end of the batch cycle through the existing admixture line.
Additional nucleation sites help cement that would remain unreacted contribute to strength.
The producer replaces cement with slag or fly ash while keeping the strength and schedule intact.
Standard concrete can leave a meaningful share of cement unreacted. We estimate Trident raises cement conversion above 95% by improving nucleation and microstructure development. The public performance claims are based on compressive-strength tests.
0.6–1.2 L/m³ (≈15–31 fl oz/yd³)
High-SCM mixes normally fall short early because slag and fly ash react more slowly than cement. Trident accelerates strength development enough for mixes with up to 80% slag to clear their own untreated 28-day strength at 7 days.
Liquid, never airborne. About 7 g of nanotubes per m³, bound in the cement. Standard washout and disposal. The nanotubes are observed by SEM and are handled under applicable EPA significant-new-use rules.
Commercial validation: 12 months of joint testing with ready-mix and precast producers.
