Forti-Flame additive is introduced to the plastic during the compounding process alongside other additives such as pigments. Once incorporated, Forti-Flame should lead to a stronger plastic while reducing its flammability.

Most other fire retardants today sacrifice plastic strength for flame retardancy. Forti-Flame makes no compromises with its strength enhancement and increased fire retardancy. With dosages of 4-7%, Forti-flame is capable of competing with leading FR products without using Halogenated materials or
PFAS.
